Breaking out of a rut...

Lately I feel like I've had sew (haha get it) many projects I want to create, but I've been incredibly backed up creating flight suit bags for Etsy orders. I am super thankful and love putting together these bags, but I was just starting to get into a rut - which is something I want to avoid all together if I'm ever going to turn this fabric obsession of mine into something productive.

 

I'm currently OBSESSED with bunting. I want it in every color hanging all over my house like jungle vines. I'm not sure my other half would go for that.

 

Soooo, today I decided to put together something I have never done before that I figured could be a quick and easy project.

 

 

I guess I'm pretty happy with the results. Mostly I'm glad that it gave me a fresh perspective and I'm now ready to move on with the "demands" I've created for myself.
