I just wanted to post these fabrics that I've starting chopping up today. I've had a special request from a friend to make a quilt for her good friend back home about to welcome a little boy into the world. I've only started cutting pieces but already I'm loving it. She also asked me to include a little bit of a surprise element in the quilt. What will it be, you ask. Well I guess you'll just have to come back and find out.
