There's a market in Seoul that I'm almost positive supplies half of the world with fabric - so naturally, I had to go see!
The main building is six stories tall and at least three of them are only fabric. Each booth has about 100 little samples of what their company offers. All the samples are free and the yardage is extremely reasonable. At some booths you can get the yardage right there; others do not store bolts there so they have to make a run to their warehouse and bring back the cut. The only problem is that there are so many options that it's going to take a second or third trip to shop with a plan.
I'm really bummed about that. (not. at. all.)
I didn't take my camera, so my friend Jennifer that was with me that day was the photographer.
Fellow fabric addicts....
